1. Payment Policy

  1. Deposit Requirement:
    A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your spot.

  2. Full Payment Deadline:
    Full payment must be completed no later than 3 months prior to the event start date (specific deadlines will be communicated).

  3. Late Payments:
    Late payments are subject to a 10% surcharge and may result in the forfeiture of your reservation if not resolved within 7 days of the payment due date

  4. Accepted Payment Methods:
    Payments can be made via credit card, Wise, bank transfer, Zelle, or PayPal. All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed.
    Transaction and currency conversion fees will apply for payments made in currencies other than USD.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Made More Than 60 Days Prior to Event Start Date:
    Eligible for a full refund , minus transaction and currency conversion fees.

  2. Cancellations Made Less Than 60 Days Prior to Event Start Date:
    All payments made, including the deposit, are
    non-refundable.

  3. Event Cancellation by FeelGood:
    If the event is canceled by FeelGood for any reason, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
    Alternatively, participants may have the option to transfer their reservation to another FeelGood event, provided that both parties mutually agree.

  4. Transfer of Reservation:
    Reservations may be transferred to another individual, subject to FeelGood’s approval and a $200 administrative fee. All transfer requests must be made in writing and finalized no later than 30 days prior to the event.

  5. Refund Timelines:
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

  6. Force Majeure:
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), FeelGood reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event.
    Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis but may not be guaranteed.

  7. No Show Policy:
    If a participant fails to attend the event without prior written notification, all payments made will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Participation Agreement

  1. Participants agree to actively contribute to the
    FeelGood community vibe , fostering connection, collaboration, and positivity throughout the journey.

  2. Respect for fellow participants, local culture, and the AfrikaBurn ethos is
    mandatory.

  3. Participation in group activities and experiences is encouraged but
    not compulsory.

  4. Participants are responsible for managing their own belongings, behavior, and contributions during the event.

4. Health & Safety

  1. Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or required accommodations during registration.

  2. Travel Insurance:
    Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss or theft of belongings.

  3. FeelGood will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe environment but is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.
